Iowa Case Managers are professional managers of cases for people with mental disabilities.

Henry County case management provides Medicaid Targeted Case Management services to adults with developmental disabilities, chronic mental illness, brain injuries and mental retardation; and children with mental retardation and brain injury.

Case Managers assist individuals with disabilities to access necessary services to live as independently as possible in the community. This process is to achieve the greatest potential of integration focusing on consumer strengths, interests, and abilities, pursuant to Iowa Code, Chapter 225C.
